REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Service-Based Policy

As we provide services, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed.
  • If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Resolution

  • We may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations may be partially refunded or not refunded.

No-Shows

  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
